Errors Resolved by the Administrator
Projection failed. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then try again.
The projector is offline (the projector is turned off or not connected to the network).
Turn on the projector.
Check the network status and settings, and then try again.
Failed to stop projection remotely. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then stop projection.
The projector does not accept the interrupt signal. Stop the current projection, and then perform the procedure to start the projection again.
The network is not selected as the input channel of the projector. Set the input channel of the projector to "Network".
The projector is in stand-by mode. Turn on the projector.
The projector is offline (the projector is turned off or not connected to the network).
Turn on the projector.
Check the network status, and then try again.
Network error occurred. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then try again.
The smart device is not connected to the Internet. Check the network environment, and then try again.
One of the following operations was performed while the required cloud service was unavailable:
A folder was created
The name of a folder or file was changed
A folder or file was deleted
A file was saved
A file was obtained
A file was searched for
A file was selected
The external application connection password is incorrect. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual and try again.
The password that is written in the NFC tag of the whiteboard is incorrect. Check if the password is correct, and then write the information to the NFC tag again.
The machine is not supported by this app. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual.
An IP search was performed for a RICOH device this product does not support.
Enter the IP address of a supported device. For the list of supported devices, see the RICOH website.
Invalid data was read from NFC tag.
Information in the NFC tag cannot be read correctly. Use the NFC writing function of this application to write the information to the NFC tag.
Information read from the NFC tag is incorrect or in an incorrect format.
The QR code is unsupported. Please read the QR code on the machine's operation panel or the QR code printed by this app's QR code print function.
A QR code other than the one displayed on the machine's operation panel or printed by the app's QR code print function was read.
Read the QR code that is being displayed on the machine or the one printed using the QR code print function. See Printing the QR Code for Connecting to the Projector in this manual.
The QR code does not contain the machine's administrator privileges information. Please login to machine's operation panel as an administrator and then show the QR code again.
The QR code displayed using general user privileges was scanned. Log in to machine's control panel as an administrator, and then read the QR code again.
The specified user does not have administrator privileges for the machine. Please enter a user name and password which has administrator privileges.
The administrator specified in the NFC settings does not have administrator privileges. The user name and password of the administrator specified in the NFC settings are incorrect. Enter the administrator's user name and password.
Failed to connect the machine. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then check the machine's settings and guest connection information.
The port forward function of the machine is disabled.
The destination of the port forward setting is incorrect.
The network settings of the machine are incorrect.
Check the machine settings, and specify the correct settings. See Enable wireless direct in this manual.
Connection information such as the port number or the encryption setting written to the NFC is incorrect.
Check that the information written to the NFC is correct.
Failed to connect the machine. Please check the machine's settings and IP address.
The IP address of the corporate network and that of the guest network refer to different machines. Check the IP addresses of those networks.
Incorrect information is entered. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then confirm it.
The administrator password and/or IP address/hostname are incorrect. Enter the correct administrator password and IP address/hostname.
Mandatory item is not entered. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then confirm it.
The mandatory item was not entered. Enter the mandatory items (the administrator password and IP address/hostname).
Invalid data was read from NFC tag.
The information contained in the NFC tag cannot be read correctly.
The information read from an NFC tag is incorrect or is in an incorrect format.
Use the NFC writing function of this application to write the information to the NFC tag.
Failed to connect to the Wi-Fi. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then check your network's configuration.
The Wi-Fi® connection of the smart device is disabled. Enable the wireless LAN connection of the smart device.
A wireless LAN network does not exist. Check that the smart device is on the Wi-Fi network.
The connection information written to the NFC tag is incorrect. Check that the information written to the NFC tag is correct.
Failed to connect the machine. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then check machine's settings and connection information.
The machine is offline (the machine is turned off or not connected to the network). Turn on the machine, and set the machine online. See the machine's manual.
Energy saving mode is enabled on the machine’s control panel, and the power to the wireless LAN interface is turned off. Press any button on the control panel of the machine or touch the display panel so that the machine recovers from energy saving mode.
The connection information written to the NFC tag is incorrect. Check that the information written to the NFC tag is correct.
The machine's IP address has been changed. Please contact the administrator for details and correct the IP address information registered to the NFC tag.
The IP address written on the NFC tag is out of date. (The IP address contained in the NFC tag referred to a different machine because the IP address contained in the NFC tag and used when a job was executed was different from the one used when the NFC tag was written.)
Contact your administrator, and re-write the NFC tag.
The machine's IP address has been changed. Please contact the administrator for details and correct the IP address information registered to the QR code.
The IP address contained in the QR code is out of date. (The IP address contained in the QR code referred to a different machine because the IP address contained in the QR code and used when a job was executed was different from the one used when the QR code was created.)
Contact your administrator, and re-generate the QR code.

Connecting to the machine as a guest is not allowed.
The smart device cannot access the machine via the corporate network, and the machine's QR applications prohibit any connection by a guest.
If the device can access the corporate network, connect it to the wireless LAN network.
Check that the IPv4 address written to the NFC tag or QR code is correct. Also, enable [Allow Usage by Guests]. For details, contact the administrator.
The authentication function with Bluetooth is currently unavailable. Please ask the administrator whether it is available.
The required settings for Bluetooth authentication are not configured. For the procedure to configure the setting, see Using a Smart Device to Log in to the MFP.
Cannot use this machine by connecting to it with Bluetooth. Please use another connection method or ask the administrator.
