Backing Up and Restoring
You can back up the RICOH Smart Device Connector settings and the data stored in App File Folder, and restore them as necessary.
The following items are backed up/restored.
The files that are saved in App File Folder
The setting items and authentication information for Printer/Scanner/Fax/Copier, and Favorites
The projector settings
Methods to connect to machines
The information of the registered devices
Show/hide the setting of the menu items
The writing information of NFC
The print settings of the QR code print function
The information of the registered e-mail accounts
Guest use priority settings
On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [Settings].
Tap [Backup / Restore].
Tap [Backup] or [Restore].
Select the location of the backup file.
When backing up the settings, specify the file name of the backup file. When restoring the settings, select the backup file to restore.
Tap [OK].
