The machines to be connected can be registered in RICOH Smart Device Connector. The registered machines are displayed in a list.
To register a machine, it must be on the same network as the smart device.
On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [Connect Machine].
Tap the icon of the machine to which to connect.
Tap [Add Machine].
Select the method to add the machine.
Add by QR code
Read the QR code of a machine to add it.
Add with Bluetooth
Tap the Bluetooth label on the control panel of a machine to add it.
Add by IP Address / Host Name
Specify the IP address or host name of a machine to add it.
Search & Add Machine
Perform a search for a machine on the same network as the smart device to add the machine.
Whether NFC, QR code, or Bluetooth is supported depends on the model. For details about supported services, see Supported Machines.
Tap [Register] as required.

On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [MFP / Printer].
Tap [Print Server Settings].
Tap [Add Print Server].
Enter the settings of the print server.
Entering the IP Address/Host Name or the shared name is mandatory.
Enter the domain name, login user name and password as required.
Tap [Search].
Select the print server, and then tap [Register].
Select [ON] in [Use Print Server].
You can register if PDF-Direct is available.
From the detailed settings screen of the registered print server, you can specify whether or not to make the PDF direct function available on the print server.
