Registering Frequently Used Settings
You can save your preferences for each function as a "Favorites", which can be easily recalled and applied to a machine.
On the setting screen of the copier, scanner, fax or printer function, check the settings that you want to save as a program.
Tap [
].Enter the name to register the setting in the [Favorite's Name] box.
Select the icon to be shown in the list.
Tap [Register].
To apply a stored program, tap [Favorites] in the menu screen, and tap the name of the program.
To delete a stored program, tap [Favorites] in the menu screen, and long tap the name of the program to be deleted.
You can register the password for Locked Print printing.
On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [Settings].
Tap [
].Tap [Locked Print Password].
Enter the password to register, and then tap [OK].
When printing a Locked Print file protected by a password different from the one registered, change this setting to register that password or enter that password on the machine's control panel.
