Configuring the Usage Status Data Transmission
RICOH Smart Device Connector collects and transmits the usage status information (not including personal information) of the software to the external server. To prevent this, configure the settings by following the procedure below:
On the menu of RICOH Smart Device Connector, swipe left or right to select [Help].
Tap [Sending Usage Data] to disable it.
Quit this application.
Information is not transmitted the next time the application starts.
