Logging in to RICOH Scan CX Embedded Administration Tool

This section explains how to log in to Administration Tool on the machine.

Log in using the administrator's information specified for the machine.

1Start a web browser.

2Enter the URL for Administration Tool.

3Enter [User name] and [Password], and then click [OK].

Note

  • The URL for Administration Tool is either of the following:

    • http://[IP address of machine on which RICOH Scan CX Embedded is installed]:8080/scancx/login
      Example: http://192.168.1.10:8080/scancx/login

    • https://[IP address of machine on which RICOH Scan CX Embedded is installed]:51443/scancx/login
      Example: https://192.168.1.10:51443/scancx/login

  • The default information for a machine's administrator is as follows:

    • User name: admin

    • Password: password
