Role and Authority

The role of [Tenant Administrator] or [User] is assigned to all users registered to start.ricoh.

In addition to the role, [Administrator Authority] or [User Authority] is required for using the service (RICOH Scan CX or FlexRelease CX).

Role

Distinguishes the administrator who performs the user/device management of start.ricoh from users other than the administrator.

Assign the role from the [User Management] screen of start.ricoh.

User

    [Applications]*1 and [User Information]*2

*2 Each user can view and change only his/her user information.

Administrator Authority, User Authority

These authorities are required for using the service (RICOH Scan CX or FlexRelease CX).

Specify the authority settings using the [Svc. Access Mgmt.] screen.

Only [Tenant Administrator] or users with administrator authority can specify these settings.

    Viewing the file list, [Email Print Settings], and sending/printing a job
