If you access the machine using Windows Server 2012/2012 R2, a blank white screen may appear. Change the web browser settings according to the procedures below.
Click [Internet options] under [Tools].
Confirm the [General] tab is selected.
Click [Tabs].
Select [Always open pop-ups in a new window] or [Always open pop-ups in a new tab] for "When a pop-up is encountered".
Click [OK] twice.
