Scan

You can execute scanning of documents set in devices (registered in RICOH Support Station) and save the data in the local storage (mobile device with RICOH Support Station installed) using RICOH Support Station on your mobile device.

The supported file formats are:

  • PDF

  • JPEG

1Set the documents to scan on the device.

2Tap [Scan] on the top screen.

The scan settings screen appears.

3Specify the scan settings and tap [Start].

The documents are scanned and the preview is displayed.

  • If the preview is not the result you desired, change the scan settings and perform the scan again.

  • To scan additional documents, set the documents on the device and perform this step again.

4After all the documents are scanned, tap [Finish Scanning].

5Tap [Save] or [Shared].

The saving destination setting screen appears.

  • Tap [Shared] to share the files.

6Tap [OK].

  • The default file name is “YYYYmmDDHHMMSSMMM” (the date and time when the saving is executed). If saving multiple files (JPEG format), “_” and “4-digit serial number” (e.g. _0001) are added at the end of the file name.
