Print

You can print data stored in the local storage (mobile device with RICOH Support Station installed) or cloud storage using RICOH Support Station on your mobile device.

The supported cloud storage services are:

  • OneDrive

  • Google Drive

  • DropBox

  • Box

The supported file formats are:

  • PDF: You can select only one file at a time. Files with a password set are not supported.

  • JPEG/PNG: You can select up to 10 files at a time for iOS and only one file at a time for Android.

1Tap [Print] on the top screen.

The data storages are displayed.

2Tap the storage which includes the data you want to print.

The files and folders in the selected storage are displayed.

  • If you select a cloud storage which has not been registered to your RICOH Support Station, your browser automatically launches and you are prompted to input the authentication information. Enter the authentication information for the cloud storage on the screen.

  • To clear the account registration, tap the cloud storage then [Sign out]. Tap [OK] for the confirmation message.

3Select files to print and tap [OK].

The print settings screen appears.

4Specify the print settings and execute the printing.
