The external application connection password is incorrect. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual and try again.
The password that is written in the NFC tag of the whiteboard is incorrect. Check if the password is correct, and then write the information to the NFC tag again. For details, see Writing the Network Settings to the NFC Tag.
