Projector errors

Projection failed. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then try again.

The projector is offline (the projector is turned off or not connected to the network).

  • Turn on the projector.

  • Check the network status and settings, and then try again.

Failed to stop projection remotely. Please refer to Troubleshooting in the user manual. Then stop projection.

  • The projector does not accept the interrupt signal. Stop the current projection, and then perform the procedure to start the projection again.

  • The network is not selected as the input channel of the projector. Set the input channel of the projector to "Network".

  • The projector is in stand-by mode. Turn on the projector.

  • The projector is offline (the projector is turned off or not connected to the network).

    • Turn on the projector.

    • Check the network status, and then try again.
