Admin Info. : Spool Printing Job List (Printer)

Shows the information of spooled print jobs according to the printing order of the jobs.
Some items may not be displayed, depending on the printing environment.

• This page is shown when the Spool Printing function is enabled.

First 10 jobs / All jobs:
This is available when more than 10 print jobs are spooled. Click to change the number of print jobs displayed.

Password [Delete]:
Follow the procedure below to delete spooled print jobs.
A job that is in the process of being printed cannot be deleted. Sometimes even spooled print jobs cannot be deleted due to the timing of the delete command.

1. Click to add a check mark under [Delete] for the print job.
2. Enter the password in the [Password] box.
   The password must be the one set under [Configuration] - [Password].
3. Click [Delete].

ID:
The number for a print job. After the printer starts, numbers are assigned to each print job starting from 1. IDs assigned are not identical with the IDs assigned under [Admin Info.] - [Job History (Printer)].

User Name:
User name, workstation name, or address of the client that requested the print job. For long names, only the first part of the name is displayed.

Document Name:
The name of the document being printed. For long names, only the first part of the name is displayed.

Status:
The current status of the print job.

• Saving...
  Being spooled onto the hard disk.
• Waiting...
  Waiting to be printed after being spooled.
• Printing...
  Being printed.
• Deleting
  Being deleted.

Size:
The size of the print job.

Delete:
The jobs with a check mark are marked to be deleted.
