Preparations
To use RICOH Print Support Application, you need to configure a printer or MFP that supports RICOH Print Support Application.
To use RICOH Print Support Application, the printer or MFP settings need to be as shown below. Confirm these settings.

Setup your computer to use RICOH Print Support Application.
If RICOH Print Support Application is not installed on your computer, install it.
Search for "RICOH Print Support Application” on the Microsoft Store, and download it. Installation starts automatically when the downloading process is complete.
The application name appears in the search results when the application is installed properly.

On the [Start] menu, click [All apps].
Search for "RICOH Print Support Application".
Windows 10
Click [Start]
[Settings]
[Apps].
Search for "RICOH Print Support Application" under [Apps and Features].
You can uninstall the application from [Start] menu.
Windows 11
On the [Start] menu, click [All apps].
Select "RICOH Print Support Application", and right-click.
Click [Uninstall]
[Uninstall].
Windows 10
On the [Start] menu, Select "RICOH Print Support Application", and right-click.
Click [Uninstall]
[Uninstall].
