Turning off the main power forcibly by holding down the main power switch may damage the data stored on the system. To turn off the machine's power, always use the settings screen via a web browser.
Do not disconnect the power cord while the machine is operating. Doing so may cause data loss or malfunctions.
Log in to the machine as an administrator from a web browser.
Click [Show Setting Screen].
Click [Shutdown/Restart] in "Maintenance" under "Setting Menu".
Click [Shutdown e-Sharing Box] to turn off the power, or click [Restart e-Sharing Box] to restart.
Click [Yes] or [OK].
The machine shuts down or restarts.
If you shut down or restart the machine while data is being processed, the machine shuts down or restarts after the data processing finished.
