On the Frequently Used Settings tab, you can use one click presets, which are pre-registered print settings.
Features of This Printer Driver
Registering the settings you frequently use such as those specific to a certain use or client will prevent configuration errors or reduce operational time.
General one click presets are available as defaults on the Frequently Used Settings tab. You can also make changes to basic print settings displayed under One Click Preset List:.
We recommend registering up to 32 one click presets including system-provided presets.
If more than 32 one click presets are registered, performance may be affected and proper operation is not guaranteed.
Note:
You cannot register new one click presets if the Administrator prohibits users from registering them.
Available functions differ depending on the printer or printer driver you are using.
